Inner Journeys are guided meditation and imagery sessions designed specifically for you. Experience one-of-a-kind journeys into relaxation, positive thinking & life enhancement. Safe and effective, these gentle sessions in a healing space are designed to open you to new possibilities and provide relief from the stressors of everyday life. Learn to access these relaxing states on your own. Each session will include a short interview process to discover your unique needs, followed by a 20–30 minute guided session which will be recorded on a CD for your use at home. (These sessions can be done over the phone)
